Does Connectwide match or guarantee prices?

At, we know there is a lot of competition out there. Despite our best efforts to provide you the best products at the lowest prices, you may find that an item you purchased at costs less elsewhere. You may even see the price drop on our site after your order was placed.

If you see an item out there for less than what you paid on our site, contact us and we will be glad to see if we can match their price. Even if it is for a penny, we are here to help!

How do I qualify?

To qualify for’s Best Price Guarantee, please make sure you meet the following conditions:

The item is in stock, shipped, and sold by a retailer from our list of Qualified Internet Retailers

The item was not purchased as part of a Connectwide promotion

The item is not part of the Sale, Daily Deal, Black Friday Sale, Clearance Sale, or Festival Sale

The item did not have a coupon, promo code, or Connectwide applied to it

The request is for a maximum of 3 of the same product, shipped to the same address

You have not made more than 3 requests within a 30 day period

The price difference is no greater than Rs.2000.00 per request

The price was listed within 14 days prior to your order being delivered, or 14 days after your order was delivered’s Best Price Guarantee is subject to change without notice at any time.

Who are the qualified Internet retailers?'s Best Price Guarantee is valid for identical products that are accurately priced and currently show in stock on, with a Connectwide Marketplace Seller, or at one of the following qualified Internet retailers:

Qualified Internet Retailers

These qualified Internet retailers are companies which we consider our competitors, defined as those companies which offer a comparable level of stocks and services. To have the price compared against these companies’ listings, items found on the aforementioned sites must be in stock, shipped and sold by those companies, and not shipped or sold by third party sellers hosted on their site.

How is it calculated?

The total price of the qualified Internet retailer’s product is considered the product price, plus any shipping and handling charges. Any discounts earned from membership pricing, free shipping, product bundles, or the use of coupons, rebates, or promotional offers are not applied to this final product price.

This Internet retailer’s product price is compared against Connectwide's product price at the time the request is reviewed, plus the lowest priced shipping method we offer for it. As long as you meet the minimum criteria for a price match, we will apply a refund to your order for the difference of the two prices and refund any taxes where appropriate.

How do I submit a request?

To request a price match, just contact us. Requests for a price match must be received within 14 days from the date of delivery and include the following information:

The Connectwide order number you would like the discount applied to

The Connectwide item number (SKU), description from the product page, or your receipt

The Web address of the product listing from the qualified Internet retailer or Connectwide

The date you saw the competitor's product at that price

The amount of the refund you are requesting

Our customer service team will get back to you by the close of the next business day regarding your request.
